Your Best Destiny
Becoming the berson you were created to be
by Wintley Phipps with James Lund

Overall I found this book to be encouraging and uplifting, peppered with tales of trials and successes you would expect to find in this type of book.  It also includes stories and verses from the Bible, which I find helpful for me in my personal journey.  If you are not a Christian, it might not resonate with you in the same way it did with me, however.

The Power of Vulnerability

Teachings on Authenticity, Connection and Courage

Narrated by: Brené Brown, Ph.D., LMSW

This audiobook is actually a recording of a series of lectures Brené Brown gave on vulnerability.  She discusses topics like shame and how to overcome it, why vulnerability is courageous, not weakness and how we can show up and be seen.  This is the perfect audiobook for learning as you commute to and from work. It was recorded from a series of lectures, so the audio version feels more like a group journey of learning.
